We charge a Flat rate of $12.95 for standard postage and a flat rate of $14.95 for express postage, Australia wide. FREE Postage on orders over $199+. All postage is sent via Australia Post and on some occasions, we may use a courier service.
Please double check your address is correct before checking out as we do not take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address. Re-Delivery fees may apply.
We also offer a FREE local pick up in Toowoomba, QLD. Please only select this option if you intend on collecting your order. You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection and arrangements will be made with you at the most suitable day/time. If you select this option by mistake, you will be invoiced separately for the cost of shipping.
All parcels are sent with a tracking number. You will be sent an email with your tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. Once the shipping company has received the parcel, it is then the responsibility of the receiver.
We do not offer Insurance on postage, however Australia Post may compensate up to $100 for lost or damaged parcels, this is to be arranged with Australia Post themselves.
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December shipping times may take longer. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Should your parcel become lost or damaged while in transit, we will do our best to assist in the process, however Tummy Designs is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.
Here at Tummy Designs, all of our products are handmade and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. Should you have any concerns or issues, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order via our contact form here, or send us an email at tummydesigns@hotmail.com and we will do our absolute best to assist you with your concerns.
If your item is faulty, we will replace it for you. Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure all care is taken when making these products, from time to time there may be a fault that isn't detected during the process.
The faulty product will need to be sent back to us within 14 days of your order, where it will be inspected and assessed before a refund/exchange/credit will be given. We will offer an exchange for the same product or a store credit. In some instances a refund will be given.
Postage costs will be at the expense of the purchaser. All purchases being returned to us must be sent via Tracked and registered post. We do not take responsibility for items not received.
Tummy Designs reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
If you have changed your mind or don’t love the product as much as you did online, we will happily offer you an exchange for a different item or a store credit to be used within 3 months.
Please get in contact with us, within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a change of mind return. Please contact us before sending your order back.
You will need to return your parcel via Australia Post registered and tracked postage and email us the tracking number and details within 3 days of us confirming your change of mind return. The item needs to be in its original condition with its original packaging and unused.
A store credit will only be applied once we have received the items and assessed them and believe they are in the original condition. Tummy Designs reserves the right to refuse a credit if we believe the items are not in the original condition.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the return and shipping of new items.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer further change of mind returns on orders purchased using a store credit, unless of course the goods are faulty.
*Please Note - we do not offer returns/exchanges or change of minds on any personalized, custom made, sale items or items purchased with a store credit. Orders are unable to be canceled after checkout for any reason.
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is essential for the purpose of processing your order. You may be notified by our courier service once they receive your parcel via email with your tracking number for you to keep track of your parcel. This is the only third party who will receive these details and it is vital they do to get your parcel to you. All information given by you is confidential and will not be furthered on to any other parties. You are always welcome to opt out at any time by replying to these emails or notices or emailing us directly via our contact form.
We take all reasonable steps to keep secure ant information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard copy form. If you subscribe to our newsletter we do not on-sell this information to any 3rd party, this is for the exclusive use of Tummy Designs to periodically touch base. We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
